Voiding (Deleting) Price Programs

Selecting PRICE PROGRAM will allow you to add a new price program, print a list of price programs, or work with an existing price program.

1. Select PRICE PROGRAM from the Select An Option window.

2. A Select An Option window will appear with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit and return to the Select An Option window which displays when you first enter the Price Programs menu option.
• ADD – Select ADD to add a new price program.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of pricing programs.
• A list of price programs.

Scroll to the price program you would like to delete and press Enter.

3. Press Enter through the Program ID and Program Name fields.

4. A Select A Price Exception window will appear; scroll to the price exception that you want to delete from the price program and press Enter to select.

5. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to change the price exception. Changes may be made to the fixed price, start date and stop date fields. Make the necessary changes and press Enter. You will return to the Select A Price Exception window.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the price exception.
• Void Program – Select Void Program to void (delete) the price program.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select A Price Exception window.

Select Delete to delete pricing exceptions one by one or select Void Program to delete the entire price program.

6. If you select Void Program the following message will display: "Do you really want to VOID this pricing program? No/Yes."

• Select no if you do not want to delete the price program. You will return to the Select A Price Exception window.
• Select yes to delete the price program.
